International study on the the management of intellectual property in knowledge transfer activities started by empirica. Empirica has been commissioned by the European Commission DG Research to conduct a study to help set up a monitoring and reporting system and support the monitoring and reporting process to follow up and promote the implementation of the Commission's 2008 Recommendation on the management of intellectual property in knowledge transfer activities and Code of Practice for universities and other public research organisations.
